Beautiful Leather Accent Chair in Downingtown, PA

This is a beautiful espresso brown leather chair with wooden feet. Solidly built, beautiful quality and very comfortable. It has only been used for 3 months. Comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home. Unfortunately I don't have room for it in the new place. Purchased brand new for over $250. Minor wear on wooden feet and a minor tear in the fabric in the back of the chair from a recent move. With the exception of the minor tear, this chair is in beautiful condition. The tear could easily be covered with a throw blanket or it could be repaired. The tear is not visible from the front of the chair so you could put it against a wall and it would be difficult to see. Measurements are approximately:33.5 " H x 32.5 " W x 32.5 " D
